- Date and time of the payment
- Amount paid
- Last 4 digits of the card used

If you booked the tour through a travel agency please contact them directly regarding a possible refund.
Closed Bus Stops Due to construction in front of Fosshótel Barón and KEX Hostel, we are unable to pick up or drop off passengers at those locations. Instead, we are relocating passengers to Bus stop 9
Due to construction at Bus stop 15, we are unable to pick up from the location. Please go to Grandagarður street for the pick up located right in front of the Maritime Museum.
